AGENXY UNIVERSE was founded in 2017 on Sir Richard Branson’s iconic Necker Island, born at the intersection of purpose, impact, and world-class experiences.

 

Our founder, Ashleigh Hillier, brings over 17 years of experience in disaster recovery and global humanitarian aid, having led high-stakes initiatives during crises including Ebola and ISIS. From coordinating the safe movement of more than 500 personnel through conflict zones, to working alongside governments and ultra-high-net-worth individuals funding humanitarian efforts, Ashleigh bridged the worlds of philanthropy and operational excellence.

That intersection led to her collaboration with Virgin Unite, Sir Richard Branson’s foundation, and laid the foundation for what would become Agenxy Universe.

By 2019, Agenxy identified a new frontier: Formula 1. We launched the first iteration of our signature experience at the Monaco Grand Prix, redefining what it means for luxury, entertainment, and impact to coexist.

While known for hosting Monaco’s most talked-about events, Agenxy is built on something far deeper - strategic positioning, meaningful partnerships, and purpose-driven storytelling.

Agenxy Universe exists to ignite change and create impact by inspiring people to step into the highest version of themselves. As a female-led force, we believe nothing is out of reach. We are rewriting the rules of Formula 1 and beyond, curating experiences that are transformational both on and off the track.
